The U.S. Small business administration provides Training and business Counseling for Motivated EX-offenders Interested In opportunities to start their own business and become productive members of society again. This Training is provided by SBA Resources Partners:
Counselors to America & Small business (Service Corps of Retired Executives or score); Small Business Development Centers (SBDC), & Women’s Business Center (WBC)

SBA Also Extends Financial Assistance to small business through its lending partners, such as microloan intermediaries. SBA’s Microloan Intermediaries Assist Woman, Low -Income Individuals, Minority entrepreneurs, & other small business who need small amounts of financial assistance.
In 2015, The SBA Requirements Allowing Microloan Intermediaries to get Loans to business with Individuals that may be on Parole or Probation.
Please note that applications for microloans will not be accepted from entrepreneurs or small business where in location an individual is currently incarcerated or is a defendant in a criminal proceeding.
